Job Information

We are looking for a Regional Distribution Sales Executive that will focus on marketing broadcast rights of Southeast Asian movies and series to cinemas, TV and VOD streaming platforms (like Netflix) on Americas and European territories. This position also involves continuously acquiring new content to sell from filmmakers and they build relationships with distributors all over the world, so the job usually involves travel.

This is a full-time, work from home LONG TERM career, where we are looking for stable candidates with no attendance issues.

WHAT DO WE REQUIRE FROM YOU?

  • A self-starter capable of working independently but also as part of a team.
  • Have a stable internet connection and capable equipment to effectively work from home.
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a desire to get things done.
  • Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills.
  • Fast learner.
  • Interested in international entertainment and pop culture.
  • Experience in project management, digital asset management and streaming technology and editing on Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere.
  • BA in media studies, film/video production, or mass communication.
  • Knowledge of codecs and encoding programs, and preparing files for digital delivery.
  • Familiarity with digital distribution terminology and technology.
  • Keen ear and eye to recognize music and monitor quality control of assets.
